Salted Dark Chocolate Cookie

Everybody loves a chocolate chip cookie right? Naturally, we think we have the best recipe. Well, we've enhanced the standard chocolate chip recipe by using locally produced Guittard bittersweet chocolate and topping them off with a little kosher salt for a surprisingly savory finish. We bake them up slightly crispy around the outside and still soft and delicious inside. ALSO with hazelnuts!

Dr. Strangelove Cookie (vegan)

We love this cookie but were not thrilled with the militaristic connotations of its nomenclature (formerly known as the "Bomb" cookie). So we've named it after the great Stanley Kubrick anti-war film Dr. Strangelove (or how I learned to stop worrying and love the bomb). Which is exactly what we want you to do! And we know you will enjoy it. It's filled with dark chocolate, oats, walnuts and the surprising dried apricots. It's delicious, heart healthy, and it just so happens to be vegan as well. And as with all of our items, absolutely no hydrogenated oils or trans fats.

Orange Almond Biscotti

These biscotti are flavored with orange zest and slivered almonds and come either coated in bittersweet chocolate or not, depending on your preference. The addition of corn meal, gives a wonderful crumbly texture, perfect for dipping in that latte!!

These are a classic spicy ginger cookie with the big crinkles, perfect with coffee. Soft and tender inside with a big molasses, brown sugar and spice flavor. You won't believe that these are vegan!
